R&F Law Costa S.L. will provide users with the necessary technical resources to ensure informed consent is obtained prior to processing their personal data.

Personal data provided by users via internet, paper forms, telephone communication, or any other means will be incorporated into the relevant files created for service provision, under the ownership of R&F Law Costa S.L., CIF B72851801, with registered address at Avenida Tívoli 17, Centro Comercial Las Ventas, No. 35, Urbanización Benamaina, 29631 Arroyo de la Miel, Benalmádena, Málaga. The firm operates as a law office.

The personal data provided will be used solely to deliver the requested services or to manage the inquiry or suggestion submitted. Such data will be retained only as long as necessary to fulfill the requested service or manage the inquiry. Once no longer needed, the data will be cancelled, blocked, and retained solely for legal obligations related to the data controller’s responsibilities, and only for the duration of the applicable statutory limitation period. After this period, the data will be permanently deleted.

The legal basis for processing personal data provided to R&F Law Costa S.L. through any channel is the user’s informed consent, deemed granted upon submission of the data following notification via signage in public areas, telephone recordings, printed forms, and this “Privacy Policy and Data Protection Information” published on the firm’s official website.
